He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat.
