"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"It's been about a year since we had EZ Bathe remove a jacuzzi tup and a shower. Then custom design a one of a kind shower and a custom walk in tub. Every day we are excited to have them both. They were fabulous. They adapted everything to fit both size restrictions and size abundance."

"Noah is an excellent plumber. I called him and made an appointment. He arrived on the appointment date on time and knew exactly how to repair the problem with the hot water heater and the blockage in the bathtub. I not only recommend him to others but will call him anytime I have a plumbing issue. P.S. Prior to this repair job he was able to fix the faucets in my shower and bathtub."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
