"Schmitty's Plumbing responded to my Angi's service request almost as soon as I submitted it, and they beat out three other Angi plumbing companies in terms of pricing and transparency. I hired Schmitty's to remove an old double bowl kitchen sink and faucet with a new single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. We appreciated their no-nonsense, honest, prompt service, and very fair pricing. I chose Schmitty's based on the positive customer reviews, and would hire them again. I told them I would recommend them to all my friends who have plumbing needs!"

"The faucet was leaking on my bathtub with a steady drip. After reviewing YouTube videos on how to replace the Delta cartridge, I thought it was in my capabilities to perform the work. Since I couldn't isolate the bathtub's water supply from the household water supply, and that I'm a law abiding citizen of Murhphy's Law, I couldn't see having the household water supply cut off for several hours while I tried to fix whatever predicament awaited my entanglement. Being of sound mind, I determined a professional touch might be a better plan. I called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc., and I am so happy that I did. Two workers showed up, very polite and capable, and had the cartridge replaced in no time and left no mess. I am pleased with the work they did and haven't had any problems or issues with the repair. "Carlos from Harts came out to do an estimate on a bath remodel. Set a new tub, faucet, shower head and supply lines. Also, replace an outdoor faucet. However he took the time to go though the entire home's plumbing system! Including the crawl space. Pointed out condition issues, possible issues that may come up later. I have a much better understanding of the home's plumbing system!! He answered questions and was professional, excellent experience!!"

"Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! He did not try to "over sell" the two items that needed replacing. the toilet had a crack and the water heater had burst and it was a Sunday. I was frantically cleaning up water when Zach arrived on the scene. He not only fixed the problem right away but kindly helped me with the clean up. He came back the following day with the new water heater and toilet that did not break the bank! He was efficient, knowledgable regarding the best products to suit my needs. Long story, but Seatown was HONEST and one of the few companies that came same-day as they told us we were an “emergency” due to the gas leak, so I appreciated that, too. "Yesterday We had sewage backing up into the basement bath through toilet and shower. When I called Roto-Rooter I was advised that before they come out we should make sure it is not a septic tank issue. When I checked, the tank was full. I was able to get it pumped out this morning. The sewage was still backing up. I called Roto-Rooter again and Toan and George were able to come quickly, unclog the pipe to the septic tank through the clean out hole, and show me a video of the condition of the cast iron pipe that is 56 years old and deteriorating. They advised getting the portion of the pipe that ran from the house to the clean out hole replaced and prepared a proposal for that. A second proposal for shooting an inside liner up the entire pipe was prepared. I was especially pleased with the quick response and being able to see the video of the cast iron pipes."
