"Would give 6 Stars if I could. I will start off by saying that Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air is now the one I will turn to for all my plumbing needs. I was having issues with my water heater and called Caliente to schedule a time to have a technician come out. The ease of making the appointment and the amount of time it took to get a technician to the house was outstanding. Ryan showed up to the house, began troubleshooting right away, isolated the probable cause of my issue, then discussed the options to get everything back up and running. You could not ask for somebody more knowledgeable than Ryan. He took the time to discuss all options, the different products available the cost breakdown. Having had a water heater that was 13 years old I decided to go with a total replacement. Ryan showed up two days later as scheduled and with the help of Jared, he installed a new pressure regulator valve, water softener, and water heater in impeccable time. The professionalism and courteous service that Ryan and Jerrod displayed go above and beyond all expectations. Everything was installed to my satisfaction and the area looked even better than before they started. Ryan went though all the operations of both the water softener and the water heater and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The owner should be completely proud of the people he has working for him. "I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. Great work and I'll be using them again for many years to come."
