After I sent some pictures of the repair needed, he was able to respond very quickly to get the repair done. He wanted to do the repair in two stages - one day to glue the tiles down and the second day to do the grout. He came the first day and meticulously cleaned the area and glued the tile in place. Today he finished the job as scheduled. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the care he put into the work. It looks great. I will use him again if I need any additional work of this type done."
