We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Not well. We gave him $7,000 on 6/27. It’s now 8/22 and the job is nowhere close to being done. Sometimes we get texts. He says it will be done on Friday or it will be done on Monday or done on Wednesday or the next Friday. Typically he doesn’t even show up and when he does show up, it’s only for a few minutes and nothing is accomplished."

Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. Just spent $3,000 and now I have to hire another mold company to clear up Johnâ s mess. He is arrogant scam artist who cannot do his job.
