"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

The only thing is you can't use it for 48 hours. In order for all that product to cure it can't get wet. It was the best thing I did, it looks like a new shower. They are a little pricey, but it is worth it. He was a little pricey, but the tech that he sent out happened to be a former marine and he was the nicest guy who did a fabulous job. It is magnificent. I think the floors are a little pricey, but between you and me the guy fixed a couple of cracks in it for me. He did the whole floor and did not charge me. He was in my bathroom for a couple of hours; it is a process. They sent a sales rep out who comes and looks at the job. Then they give you the estimate and you pick and choose what you want done.

"The young man worked hard at it, but the service wasn't necessarily what I had originally asked for. And I was a little miffed that he did no clean up, which in the case of tiling and grout work can be a chore."

"The incident occurred on a Wednesday and by the following Wednesday--through the weekend--everything was completely restored. We had guests arriving Thursday night, and they could not tell that anything had happened in that room (except maybe for the light smell of fresh paint). Regarding the details of the remediation: The carpet, padding and wood slats that secure the carpeting were exposed and hot air was pumped into the effected areas to dry them. The carpeting is on the high-end, and we were glad it did not need to be replaced. An industrial humidifier was installed. The carpeting was stretched back, re-secured and cleaned. The wallboard was removed, along with the molding, then replaced, spackled and repainted. We knew restoration to a "like brand new" condition was unrealistic, and Atlantic Cleaners had informed us of this. But we are very happy with the "close enough" results.

"My experience was great. Dennie was very responsive after I made the initial contact though Angie's List. I included pictures of my old damaged sink. Dennie gave me a quote over the phone and he agreed to come to my home which was an hour and a half way. We made the appointment, he arrived on time and I had a newly resurfaced sink in about 4 hours. I would hire Dennie again. He was responsive to my calls, on time and did wonderful work. He cleaned up everything perfectly. My sink looks like new!"

"Ricardo and his crew did an overall good job with my floor project. What I needed done was sanding and staining about 1200 sf of a wood floor (about 500 sf was an old floor, 700 sf was a brand new unstained floor, and a 14 step staircase). A challenge on the old floor was areas where repair were needed; some places there were holes that needed to be repaired, plus the staircase had already been shellacked by my general contractor, and I needed ricardo to strip the shellac (i think it was done by hand) and restain it. They did a fine job sanding, staining, and polyurethaning with bona mega. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for bona HD traffic but I didn't know to ask. The good things that Ricardo did: -helped me pick out a stain that I to this day really love. -recommended bona water based, and bona floor care products. -kept in good communication before the job -showed up on time -did a good job with the floor repairs -"saved" my staircase; which my GC screwed up by shellacking without asking me about staining. Ricardo's crew sanded the shellac off by hand, and did a very nice job staining it to what I wanted. -got the job done quickly, 2 and 1/2 days. -gave me some good floor care advice what did not go well, and I wasn't happy with: -an innocent mistake, but his guys left two large bags of floor sawdust from sanding on my balcony. they forgot to clean it up after they were done, and I had to haul it myself. -Ricardo never gave me my final invoice and warranty info like he promised numerous times. After the 4th attempt I just gave up trying. -never followed up with me after I expressed concerns that maybe the floor wasn't as shiny (I asked for semi-gloss) as I thought semi gloss was supposed to be. many people that have come by say the floor's really satin, not semi gloss. to this day I can't really tell. the lack of follow up after the job was done, to this day, still annoys me. I think overall the floor was done well though, but after a year and a half of experiencing it; I've convinced myself that it is probably OK. -a little sloppy on some parts of the staining job. I saw various areas where stain got onto my wall or fairly high up on the baseboards. -would have been nice if Ricardo advised me to wipe down the walls afterward; i realized many months later that the walls had a thin layer of sanding dust. Didn't realize this for a while. Overall a good job, and I think I would hire him again, but with some hesitation."

"Fantastic; The ceramic tile including ceiling and walls are masterfully done. Even have two niches for shampoo, soap and razor. The new tile is mounted on cement board that was coated with an expandable sealer. (the 30 year old tile was just installed on drywall). A laser was used to insure tile grout lines would be perfectly aligned. William also removed grout from existing floor tile I had put in two years ago and installed matching grout of new wall tiles- the floor looks brand new now! All work professionally done for a beautiful installation. And W Floorings subcontractor measured and installed a new stylish glass shower door. I’m am handicapped and I was so impressed how William insured that the new shower will work and be accessible for me."

"I had a little bit of trouble connecting with the service manager, Declan, to arrange for an estimate. We kept missing each other's phone calls. Finally, we arranged (via voicemail) to meet at my apartment. He was on time, and very professional. We agreed on a price for the work and he was able to start the job within a week. In addition to cleaning the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms, I asked him if he would be able to remove a rust ring that had been on our bathtub since before we bought our apartment in 1997. On the day of the work, he and his helper showed up early. They finished the job in one day and the kitchen floor and bathroom tiles look absolutely sparkling and beautiful. They even got the rust off the bathtub. We had our kitchen renoved in 2005 and the grout was pretty dirty. It looks fantastic now. They cleaned up after themselves, and Declan was proactive in getting the approval from the managing agent for our apartment building to do the work. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I felt it was money well spent. I can't believe how nice and clean the kitchen and bathrooms look!"
