"I received a call at 7:30 am to let me know the technician would arrive in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later he had arrived. It took only one technician to remove my old 40 gallon tank from the basement and replace it with a 50 gallon tank. I asked him to try to move it as far to the right as possible since I have to get around it to do laundry and it was already a tight squeeze with the smaller tank. He completed the work quickly and cleanly and managed to give me as much and maybe a little more space to get around it. He was patient and asked if I had any questions. All my questions were answered with kindness and clarity. I am very happy with the new water tank and the installation process. I hope I never need to buy another water heater, but if I do I would hire Eco Plumbers again."

From the office staff, to Jeff M. our technician, and the installers, Shane D. and Daniel C.. they were top notch. After extensive research, we knew we wanted a Trane system. After our first quote, we were very impressed by and ready to go with the first company we talked to, but we wanted to do our due diligence and get more quotes. We couldn't imagine changing our minds until Jeff M. came to our house. He blew the other company out of the water in every way! By the end of the purchasing process we felt complete assurance that we were getting the best system for our needs, and from the best company. Shane and Daniel explained the installation process and the thermostat as they went. They were obviously experts at their trade and couldn't have been nicer. I am at a loss to find anything they could have improved upon. Logan has won many consumer and trade awards, and after working with them it is obvious why. This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. The charges for this service were quite reasonable. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would use this company any time that I have need of an electrician. <br />"

"Awesome job. Jimmy, Andi, Logan, Shannon, Bob and the rest of the team did an incredible job. In one day, they removed and replaced my 100+ year old sewer stack, connected to city sewer, corrected poor old DIY plumbing jobs (pre-dated me) and replaced the main city water line. The hydrovav was fast, clean (I taped over my windows, but didn't need it in the end) and didn't rip up my whole yard. And it was so quick on the supply side that I didn't even know they were nearly done. All of this was done in one day, the inspector was out promptly and everything was great. Was it pricy - yes, but it was a fair cost and the work was great. 100% will use them again (new water heater on deck)."
