When I called John he offered to come that Sat., but would be cheaper to come on Monday. Chose to wait. He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. Very pleased with service."
