I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

In addition, a ruptured pressure tank needed to be removed from a closet where things had been built around it. This was an all-day job and required someone to go beyond the scope of plumbing to deal with electrical, etc. We are extremely happy with the results and will not hesitate to use again."

"Great. Two hours to determine where the problem was, remove the tree whose roots broke the line, dig out 10 feet of the old line and replace with new pipe and fittings so it won’t happen again. Extremely happy with service and will gladly recommend them. Other sewer repair companies in the area would not do the job because it was on a slope and the line was completely clogged.
