"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Everything went fine, Patrick came out the day after I called him to give me an estimate on the initial work which included the parts (75 gallon hot water heater and other parts) and labor.  Patrick and his guys showed up right on time and completed the majority of the work that day, the only problem was the radiator.  For anyone who has radiator heat knows that it can't be beat but replacing parts on an 80 + year old 500lb monster can be quite a task, after finally getting the proper parts and a lot of sweat,  the radiator was fixed and is running fine, thank goodness it didn't get cold in that time.  Patrick also gave me a price to fix the sewer pipe which would entail breaking out a portion of the concrete floor, digging down about 5 feet through chicago clay, replacing the broken section of pipe and re-cementing the floor. 
I decided to have this done a few weeks after the initial work, Patrick was unavailable but his wife,  brother and another worker showed up and did a great job.  I would defiantly recommend them for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

Nick was able to provide great references for suppliers of the various materials/install needed for the project (e.g. tile, custom vanity, paint, quartz/granite, shower glass, fixtures, etc.), which all worked out well and we subsequently referred a supplier to a friend for another job (custom vanity). Nick was always responsive to questions and returned messages in a timely manner. He was always open to changes in design and honest about the impact to timing related to possible changes. Nick is also involved/on-site from day one, including the quote, demo, prep work, install, and finishing. It was good to have someone that was involved from the beginning to the end to ensure there were no mis-communications between multiple parties. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
