He didn't, so after no contact from him I asked and he said Thursday; I responded OK, even though it was Thanksgiving day. He later said Saturday after he failed to come at the hour he set. I said OK. He came but did not bring a large enough piece of OSB to enclose my window opening. He pieced it together nicely though. The brickwork was well done. He cleaned up.
