"We had an AC condensation line overflow into our upstairs bathroom, flooding the floor and coming through to the ceiling in the bathroom and closet below. Quite a mess. Sean did an amazing job. He was very responsive to our initial request. He is one of the few providers who will both remediate water damage and handle the reconstruction. He was onsite almost immediately to remediate the water damage. Holes were cut, and dryers/blowers were in place within a couple of days. While he does most of the work himself on the remediation, he uses subcontractors for the reconstruction. However, he is on top of all activities, and personally inspects each result from a quality perspective. One of the painting subcontractors did what I considered an OK job, but it didn't fit Sean's standards, so he had it redone. One of Sean's subcontractors reniged on a bid, raising the cost of the project. But even when I offered to split the cost difference with Sean, he ate the entire amount. In my experience, most providers would have passed the cost increase along to me. Sean is very honest, hard working, trustworthy, quality and customer focused. I hope to never have a water damage situation again, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to use Sean again."

"I wish I could use this company for ALL the restoration process. They came promptly and got to work right away cleaning up the water damage from a broken double hot water heater in third floor attic. They were at our house until at least 1 AM the first night. They came back everyday for a week to check the drying out process and not for just a few minutes, they were here a couple of hours everyday checking out all the areas.
