Replaced hot & cold washing machine faucets and repaired leak in drain pipe beneath a bathtub which was tight overhead work in the joists of basement. Did a nice job and cleaned up afterwords. "The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

Had to jack hammer up the concrete, hand dig, and replace pipe, then finish by replacing concrete on floor. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 1pm. The cost did not increase because of the extra effort that was involved due to the drain pipe being only inches away from the water supply line.
