A four day project ended up lasting two weeks, however, it was during the hottest time of August, so I understand the many breaks during the day, and the very slow progress. I also understand that the company is just two guys using garden tools. They did a great job on my Xeriscaping project and the price was more than generous as other companies were charging four times more. Thanks guys for all your hard work. "I requested a Quote from Angi to do some landscape work including removing some old hedges and adding some new bushes. Two clowns from Belmire showed up and told me that they were "Sprinkler Technicians" and they did not do Landscaping but they could repair my sprinklers. I had some leaks so I asked how much this would cost and they told me they would not be sure until they completed the work. I did some errands and when I came back they told me it would be $150 which I paid. I just got a call from Belmire telling me I had and outstanding Invoice with them for $750 for Sprinkler Repair. If this is not a rip of in a can, I do not know what it is. Now we are going to fight over $750. "

He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
