"Best company. The installed heat pump to replace my central heating and air conditioning. They service it annually. It works extremely well."

"Aire Systems of Campbell and Saratoga truly sets the standard for exceptional service in the HVAC industry. Alton, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of the process, from selecting the right system for my small home to navigating available rebate programs. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction stood out as he guided me through the rebates step by step, emphasizing how beneficial they are despite the effort required. What really impressed me was Alton’s commitment to follow through—he’s not just selling systems, he’s supporting his customers well beyond installation. Daniel, the team lead installer, was equally remarkable. Always punctual and professional, he demonstrated a level of care that extended beyond the job itself. He kept me informed daily, explaining what was being done, what to expect next, and how long it would take. Knowing I had to leave for work, Daniel kindly spent time with my dogs, making sure they felt at ease while he worked. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such personal care. Aire Systems, with Alton and Daniel at the helm, earns my highest recommendation!"

"Albert Nahman PHC installed new AC and Furnace for my house. I like them for several reasons -- 1. At first Tom explained in detail what equipment I need and how they work, and gave me a reasonable and detailed quote at end of the visit. 2. They offer interest free finance. 3. I got free upgrade for furnace when the original quoted is not available. 4. Their installer did good job, and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this company."

"Jim's Air Systems had the best value for my dollar. They supplied me with better equipment than they quoted for the same price. They completed the entire installation in about five hours. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Josh, the son of the original Jim, was on the job working with the other two installers. They performed above my expectations. They left my home and yard as clean as if they had never been there. The new furnace is wonderful and is already saving me money on my P.G. & E. bill. I would recommend Jim's Air Systems unconditionally to anyone in need of a new furnace and AC system. This is a family business that has been supplying and installing systems since 1976. They take personal pride in doing an excellent job. They did not sell me anything that I did not need and provided me with a much cleaner and easier-to-service installation than my existing system. They are the best!"

"Kolby is great to work with. From the sale through the installation. Always answers questions and kept me informed."

"Peter evaluated the drainage problem with the old furnace system and suggested a cost effective solution. We decided to install a new furnace unit rather than simply correct the problem. Work was done on schedule."

"Very Great ordering and also the installers ð ð"

"Vendor was responsive in scheduling visit.  However, they did not show up until about a couple of hours beyond a 2 hour window so ended up waiting for several hours with my tenant.  Was told coupon could not be used because there was malfunction in AC (ended up using coupon at another rental).  Did not fix problem but quoted replacement unit that turned out to be quite high.  Another vendor eventually addressed the issue by cleaning the unit.
