"I was in immediate need to replace my air-conditioner for a graduation party that I was hosting in 48hrs.  All of the companies that I contacted couldn't come out for at least 4-5 days. I was overwhelmed when the Airconex owner, Dash was apologetic of their booked schedule but due to my circumstance offered to personally come out at 8:00pm the next day (after he would have already put in a 13hr day with his crew). I was convinced that my 22yr AC unit was beyond repair and I was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous premium for his help in resolving my dire situation. Dash showed up on time that evening, agreed that the unit needed replacing, offered an alternate solution that he felt confident would get me through the season if I wanted to delay the purchase of a new unit, and he got everything working by 11:00pm.   Airconex saved my party, didn’t empty my wallet, and gave me hope that Customer service isn’t dead. "There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. "I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
