They kept everything neat and organized and cleaned up very well during and after the demolition process. We are very satisfied with the mitigation services that they provided to our water damaged home. Even though we are still fighting to settle with our insurance company and are dealing with that stress, we feel completely at ease to know that the work that First Call did left the damaged areas of our home clean, dried of any moisture, and mold free. "I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to as my house feels like it’s been transformed. Greg was a pleasure to work with. His high energy, flooring knowledge and a communication was a welcome breath of fresh air. We decided on an English walnut stain and a Bona polyurethane in a Semi Gloss finish. The workers showed up on time, treated my house with respect, left it cleaner than they found it and when it was all finished Greg came by, walked thru the entire project and wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied before he took final payment. I will be letting everyone know that Greg and his team at Premier Flooring are top notch!"

"The work was done very quickly but not at the cost of quality.  The workers were prompt and Alan (the owner) and Candi (in the office) were quite helpful and on top of the job.  When they were done, they cleaned up and didn't leave any trash behind.  I don't know whether I could have had the same quality of work done cheaper but after reading the reviews I decided to spend a little more and have the job done correctly the first time.  Sometimes when you choose a lower bid, you're not getting the same quality of work and you end up having to hire someone to fix the mess that the first group left.  I've experienced that before (hence, removal of the fake chimney) and now I just want to get the remaining jobs done.  However, since money is limited (until I win the lottery) I can't do everything at once as I'd like as the cost is more than I can handle at one time.  But I was very happy with the work Westside did so I would definitely use them again.
