"When I called them to do the service my number was taken and they called me back within minutes. I told them it wasn't an emergency so they scheduled me at my leisure... Which was only two days away. The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went over the job. The house had a gas range at one time years ago, but the line was gone. He discovered it was removed from teh kitchen and moved to fuel an outdoor grill and that a new line would have to be run to the kitchen area. <br /> He explained my options and costs associated with each. He tested my range and re-lit my water heater while he was there. "First, I was pleased to get a plumber the next day. We had a new washer and dryer to install and decided at the last minute that we were not comfortable installing the gas dryer ourselves. The Holt company was able to schedule the installation the next day. We  had a new washer and dryer sitting on the front porch and the old washer and dryer in a tight-spaced laundry closet. The dryer had to come out first, before the old washer could come out. Mark disconnected the gas dryer and moved it out, then helped move out the old washer and moved in the new washer and connected it , then moved the new gas dryer into the space and connected it. In the end, we had the new washer and dryer installed and the old ones out on the porch for freecycling. Pretty good deal! <br />"
