"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. "They matched existing siding with a similar pattern to existing siding on the rest of the house. Added trim around siding and window. Painted to match rest of house. Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this contractor and will use them again for future projects."

"I contacted Mr. Nabors about the drywall repair thru Angies List. He responded, came to our home and looked at the work, which consisted of repairing 3  small areas where walls had been cut open to repair plumbing. Later he called and said he had a drywall man available, and priced the job. The bid was a little higher than I expected but included the drywall repair as well as replacing the necessary trim, and since we were really tired of looking at the holes in the walls, I told John to do the job.
  Mr. Nabors had a sub-contractor come to our home and begin the work. He did the repairs over 2 days due to the time required for the drywall compound to cure. When he finished on the second day, he told me that Mr. Nabors wanted a check immediately. I was tied up with an appliance delivery, so I took a quick look at the repairs that had been done and wrote a check.. The sub contractor called a couple of days later and asked if we were satisfied with the work. I told him that he had used the wrong "foot" trim in a bathroom, and he said he'd be glad to come back and replace it. We weren't able to set a time when we were both available, so finally I bought the trim and replaced it myself.
  My wife and I also learned the hard way that when a contractor sprays on drywall texture without using tape or plastic sheeting, that there is a lot of cleanup to be done, which apparently was not part of the job Mr. Nabors bid. We spent a good amount of time cleaning drywall patching compound off of our our custom coated garage floor.  Most of the food items in the pantry also required wiping down since they had a fine coat of compound from the spraying process.
  Looking back, if I take into consideration the cleanup time and trim replacement that we did that should have been part of the job, I'd have to say I paid too much for this job.

"I had hired this company for a fence replacement and after speaking with the owner about other projects, he said he would give me a good price for a wood patio cover with a shingled roof to match the one on my house. He explained the type and construction he felt would be best for the house (extended roof-line patio) and existing concrete patio. He provided me with the quote for the construction and having been very satisfied with the fence his company installed, I agreed to hire him. He brought his carpenter soon after and work began on the day he said it would. The work progressed steadily despite a rain delay or two, but when it was completed, the finished product was outstanding. The patio cover was attached and tied-in to the roof.  It is definitely more solid and attractive than any of those silly aluminum or metal patio covers that sound good but look really cheap when all is said and done. The roof was properly sloped and flashed to allow run-off. Also included on the roof of the patio cover, were asphalt shingles that matched the ones on my house. He offered to install a ceiling, but I chose the open rafters look. He also offered installing lights and ceiling fans, which I did take him up on, for an added price. They did a really outstanding job. Over a year later, it still looks great and I have had no issues at all."
