"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Immediately established service and explained all options"

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER. I gut renovated a house that hadn't been touched in 47 years and have had every kind of contractor and servicer in over the past five years. Jorge and Christian were thoroughly knowledgeable and simply a delight to work with, such honest, trustworthy and polite people in additional to their professionalism. Jorge tirelessly answered my dozens of questions before the install and completed the work meticulously, new install of central AC and heat pump, including new duct work. I have already recommended them to a colleague looking for new install and will continue to do so."

"Bobby from Charles Mechanical was super!! He helped to analyze the problem with my mini-split air conditioner/heat inverter. The unit was running but was not producing heat. After analyzing the situation Bobby determined that there was not enough refrigerant in the coils. He added the necessary amount of 410A and the system is working perfectly. Bobby is a great technician and very nice to work with. I will call him for future needs and recommend him to my friends."

"We could not be any happier with the service we received. The service technician arrived on time, pleasant and helpful. He explained exactly what he did to service our systems, he made recommendations to improve our indoor air quality and heating system . Will be recommending to others."

"The tech arrived promptly, introduced himself and donned paper boots before entering our home. After installing a new control panel and two new Honeywell T6 Pro thermostats, he walked us through steps to download the app and connect to the thermostats. He explained each detail and answered all our questions. He was a seasoned professional from start to finish. John Viggiano provided the initial quote and inspected the job beforehand to ensure everything we needed and offered a very reasonable price. We will be using Perfect Air Solutions for all of our future cooling or heating services."
