Staff reliably come every two weeks to check the spa and ensure that it is running smoothly in top condition. They immediately notify me of any potential issue or problem with operation of the spa, advise me of the required corrective action, then execute that action swiftly, competently and cost-effectively. As a result, I have had very few problems with the spa except when a lightning strike fried the circuit panel, and even then, the Cape and Islands people rapidly and successfully replaced it. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. "He was great and it worked out well.  He was overwhelmed with the request after the big deal.  I wasn't in a hurry, so it turned out okay.  It was probably almost like six weeks to two months.  I paid additional $100 for extra parts.  He was a very nice guy and pleasant.  It took a while for him to get out here.  He came with his assistance or another electrician with him.  They were great.  They worked efficiently and got everything I needed done.  It was a good experience."
