After a few minutes of discussing situation and my requirements for replacement then sending him pics of my existing heater and surrondings, he had a quote to me within 15 minutes which I accepted. By 4pm that same day Jordan replaced the heater and removed the old unit. A very clean and professional install. He kept in frequent communication with me regarding his progress on procuring the new unit, ETA to my home, etc. plus a post install discussion. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace.
