"Issue: 11 yr old Water Heater leaking. I submitted a quote request via Home Advisor on a Sunday morning. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Jordan. After a few minutes of discussing situation and my requirements for replacement then sending him pics of my existing heater and surrondings, he had a quote to me within 15 minutes which I accepted. By 4pm that same day Jordan replaced the heater and removed the old unit. A very clean and professional install. He kept in frequent communication with me regarding his progress on procuring the new unit, ETA to my home, etc. plus a post install discussion. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Jordan for your plumbing needs. Exceptional customer service."

"Chris and his co-worker were very efficient installing our shower base and re-routing the pipes we needed to get out of the way. It was a major hurdle in our reno and since our house is a little bit out of the way it was initially difficult getting a quality plumber. Thanks to Chris and HomeAdvisor we are very happy to have this phase of the project over and done with!"

"called, they answered and even though they were coming from Plymouth, they agreed to come and take care of an emergency I had. My hot water heater was flooding the basement. They came, assessed the situation, had all the parts they needed. Went and got me a replacement water heater and installed it. They cleaned up the water and were very polite and thorough. I will call them again if I need a plumber. Actually, I showed them some other work I needed to have done and asked when they would be available. I emailed a friend and told him I highly recommented Mr. Fleming."

"J.T. came to evaluate installation of an over-the-range microwave. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the complexities of the installation. Very friendly and competent!"

"Very good price. Mark was on time and replaced my outside faucet and replaced my two handle kitchen faucet with a one handle. While putting in kitchen faucet, there was a leak found in the pipes that he fixed ."

"Went great! Steve is a great guy I thought it was going to be a small job but it ended up being my water heater needed to be replaced but I expected that because the water heater was 7 years old"
