Matt was able to come the next day to fix my old dryer and was kind enough to answered questions that I had on my new washer. I am so happy to be able to keep my old dryer as it had a noise problem but still dried clothes perfectly. I was not sure what exactly what I did need and thought the deal would cover what they did. I felt a little like I was being up sold but they did do a nice job on what they did end up doing. Two technicians came out for the job and completed the job in about 45 minutes. They were very contentious, clean and thorough. I had no problem scheduling the deal."
