"I had a problem with my furnace. It would start ok but not fire up. I called Steve's Oil Burner Service because of all the positive reviews. They showed up the very next day (Friday), assessed the situation then ordered the parts needed for repair. They came back after the weekend with parts in hand and I was up and running in no time. They kindly answered every question I had about what they were doing as they were doing it. (I like learning new things) They also went above and beyond the repair to show me things about seasonal maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. They also replaced a couple of things that they did not charge for(Cleaning and replacement of a couple fittings) I will most definitely use their services in the future. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. Outstanding service, they even cleaned up the mess from the leak of the old one. Very courteous, thorough and overall such a nice young man."
