The work was top quality and the cost was very reasonable! The second job we hired Holland Construction for was to repair and resurface the chimney on our home and we are very happy with the results! "I regret giving over $80k to this contractor. Jim, Chase and all others did shotty work in my home and now their work needs to be redone by a professional. Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

Mr. Kozlansky also put down drop cloth to keep the carpet clean. Very happy with Complete Chimney service, have had them do the annual cleaning several times."

"After a number of years of using this company for various chimney needs on two 100 year old fireplaces we are done. Their prices are very high and advice has spotty resulting in redo’s (at our expense) on numerous occasions, still, we hung in there. THEN the latest issue was a faulty damper that they had installed a few years ago. Constant problems ensued, requiring multiple service calls every year. The latest came two days after the last $800, chimney cleaning when the damper once again stuck then finally opened only half way. I asked for a final resolution as this could not continue. The response by the owner Mr. Beckthorn, was condescending , accusatory, rude and insulting, as if he was talking to a petulant child. He further informed me that if MY attitude didn't improve he was going to tell us to find another contractor. His final comment “if you have a real solution then propose it, otherwise, let me work”. I did .. and fired him - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY."
