Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.   

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

"He was a real character. He talked a lot and said that he couldn't do it because I think he said the chimney needed to be aligned or something. He just cleaned a little bit right around the fireplace and the immediate opening. He didn't do the entire chimney. He wasn't going to charge me anything so I gave him a tip for what he did do."

"Dirty Deeds performed a water intrusion abatement on the perimeter of our house. They dug down about a foot around the perimeter of the house, sealed the stucco and foundation with Seal-Krete, and installed a perforated drainage system which will move the water away from the house and release it via two pop-ups positioned in the front yard. They did a great job and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Our neighbors all commented how they left our front yard looking as if no work had been done at all."

"I booked this deal on Amazon Local.  It was $44 (regularly $90) for a full dryer-vent cleaning and inspection.  I called Clean Air of Central Florida after booking my Amazon Local deal, and the receptionist was very polite, friendly and got me scheduled for my appointment just 2 days later.
20-30 minutes before arriving, I received a call from the technician, Dietrich, to advise he was on his way.  He was professional, friendly and courteous from the beginning.  When he arrived, he asked how things were with the dryer and if I had any concerns.  I told him I just had a new roof put on, and they replaced all the "things" on top of the house to include the part connected to the dryer on the roof.  I said the last inspection/cleaning I received was February 2013, and said they checked the roof on that inspection.  I asked if he did that on this one.  He said with the Amazon Local deal, the roof inspection was not included at the reduced price, and asked if I had been advised of this while making my appointment.  I told him no, but I could pay the additional $20.  
I went back and reviewed my Amazon Local deal while he was working, and it did not imply I would be getting a reduced inspection due to the deal price, so I called the office again.  The same girl who scheduled my appointment answered and I told her I felt like it was false advertising if I am not actually getting the full inspection for the reduced Amazon Local deal.  She understood and said she would call back.  Dietrich was called by their office, and he told me that he understood I was not advised up front, and that there would be no additional fee for the inspection.  He was very nice and understanding.  
I would have paid the $20 because Dietrich was that courteous, but I didn't feel it was right for the ad to advertise the full inspection but not have the full inspection at the reduced rate.  I will DEFINITELY use this company again.  It's so rare these days that you get a company who puts customer service first, and Dietrich and this company did just that.  I was not happy with not being told up front the roof inspection was not included, and they did the roof inspection and corrected the issue on the spot - with no attitude or issue.  What a pleasant transaction."
