"Pete is wonderful. It's been months and never had a problem or issue. He's very thorough and takes care of my pool like it was his. I highly recommend him!

"Excellant service. No leaks were found but I am considering hiring them to put a rail in the pool."

"ASP services our pool on a weekly basis and has maintained the system for several years including all major repairs to our complete satisfaction."

"Having a pool can produce alot of fun and alot of headaches.  Ten Plus Service allowed my family and guests to have alot of fun soon after experiencing a major headache.  My pool heater was not working with guests arriving for the holiday weekend.  I called Ten Plus Service and the girl who answered the phone  tried to help resolve the issue without needing a technician.  After walking me through a number of suggestions to try, it was determined the heater needed a professionall, so she scheduled a service tech to come out within 24 hours.

First, she explained the billing was done in 30 minute increments, which concerned me at first, as I could forsee a very expensive repair, but true to her words, the service was completed in less than 30 minutes (the average service repair for Ten Plus).

While the tech was on-site, he also looked quickly at the other pool equipment to make sure he didn't see any other problems,
which it turned out I was having, as my pool pump was leaking slightly.  He said he could do the repair or it might be less expensive to have my pool company take care of it, as it was a minor drip.

Ten Plus Service is honest, knowledgeable and courteous -- hope I never need their help again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them!"

"We moved into a house that had completely let the pool go. They were fast acting and extremely professional and helpful. We couldn't be happier with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!"

"I really recommend this company, they have been doing a great job on my pool"

"Alex was very professional and he did an outstanding job. He figured out a better placement for the fence, installed new, better latches and now it's a lot easier to open it up. The old fence was so tense, it required two people to open it. Overall very pleased."

"We hired Clear Elements because we had Algee in our pool. It was Dark Dark Green. James from Clear Elements reassured us that he could and would take care the problem. He did an assessment on our pool, gave us a price and delivered. We are extremely happy and he is now our service guy. James also went out his way to help us secure our property because we reside out of the state. Thank you again"
