"If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 65000 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees. This company is a fraud."

"The problem was the toilet. They hydro Jett the main sewer line , using a camera to demonstrate where roots were. Afterwards , the toilet flushing was still as slow as it ever was. Better support would have been to suggest YouTube video titled unbelievable Trick to Make Your Toilet Flush Like Never Before! On jayâ s How To Channel which showed how to remove calcium & lime deposits Fromm the jets of my toilet using extra strength vinegar poured many times down the overflow spout Iâ m the tank. They didnâ t even bother to check out the toilet until AFTER the sewer line Hydro-jet."

"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. "After the gas company refused to turn on our gas due to leak, I searched for gas leak service through Angies. First Class plumbing called and I asked them to perform a test to find out the source of the leak. I agreed to pay them $360 for this service which would be applied to the repair cost should I have decided to choose them for repair. The did a pressure test, confirmed the leak. However, they guessed where the leak was. They said the leak is somewhere underground between the gas meter and where the gas pipe enters teh house (~28 feet). They told me replacing that under-concrete pipe would cost me $9000 and if I do the post repair concrete patch, it would cost $7,000. I asked them to change the whole gas pipe in the yard (b/c it was old), they said $15,000 if I do the post-repair concrete path myself. Based on their statement I signed a contract for $15,000 to replace the whole gas piping in the backyard. Before they were going to show up next day, I asked them to delay the start of the work until Monday (3 days delay). I asked another gas company to do the diagnosis. The leak wasn't in the part of the gas pipe that was going from meter to the place the pipe enters the house. He isolated the segment that was causing the leak, then the leak was gone. I can send you the diagnosis from both companies. I would like First Class piping to pay me my $360 b/c their diagnosis was erroneous. Not only would I have paid the $7000 without having fixed the leak, but I would have damaged the concrete in the yard as well. In their diagnosis, First Class is saying there are Ts under the ground etc. which is absolutely to the case. He would have seen there were no Ts had he used his borescope camera as I asked him to do. I am asking them to pay me back my $360 which is the least they should do."
