"Water Works and Dan in particular were great. Preventively fixed my leaking faucet, and aesthetically he did a better job than what we had. He also pointed out other potential issues that i had not been aware of. He didnt didnt hard sell via scare tactics, but spoke to me intelligently and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. "Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."
