"I was very pleased with the response and timeliness of getting a shower repaired/replaced. It turned out to be more complicated than I thought it would be, and the pro made the adjustments and work-around that made it possible to use the new rain type showerhead w/attachment I had already purchased. "When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. "I called Jimmy as I did not have the right tool to remove the shower cartridge which was stuck due to old deposits etc.... Thanks to Jimmy for quick response...But price seems to be little high just to remove the cartridge...The person came did not have the extra screw etc. and as Moen did not send me the long screw, I have to make another trip later to Lowes/home-depot to find the right size screw and then assemble everything... "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.

"Used list coupon for replacement of bathroom sink faucet. Received Angie's List response saying that we would be contacted "soon" After three days, had not been contacted by contractor, so we called. They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. Replacement was performed in a professional manner, cleanup performed and repair tested. Would use again."
