"I called, and Michael Pool showed up to give me an estimate for a relatively small roof leak. He told me they'd try to get to it before the weekend rains began. We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. Ended up getting repairs made more quickly than anticipated. I couldn't be more pleased. Although I wasn't here during the repairs, I was kept up to date via email, so there were no surprises. Roof Services offered an estimate in a timely manner, showed up for the repairs even more quickly than I thought, and followed up with a phone call to be sure everything was OK. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
