The diagnosis was thorough and the work was completed in a timely manner. We give this review a 4.9 because CJ Mechanical refused to sign a contract but instead insisted on using an invoice with a disclaimer notice. Experience has taught us that no matter the job, or how many positive reviews a contractor has online, it is very important to get a detailed contract that clearly states the scope of the work and responsibilities. Fortunately for us, in this instance, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the system is functioning significantly better than it had previously. Great job."

Our drainage system was damaged which led to flooding of the drains around our house. Then, you guessed it, we battled with flooding in our basement. He did a fabulous job and respected our property from beginning to end. He gently removed and replaced hedges that impeded the repair. The repair was reseeded and the hedges were mulched after he replaced them. The job is finished and he left the work area better than he found it.
