"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. "My project was getting rid of very old attic stairs that were broken. So they had to remove the very heavy stars & door first. Then make the attic opening very much smaller & install an aluminum ladder that will unfold! "

"My service tech, Jordan Foy, called promptly in the morning and arrived right on schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my sump pump and the underground line. He made sure I approved of what he was going to do each step of the way. He was also very nice to my golden retriever puppy who wanted to be his assistant. I will be using Ayers Basement Systems again for additional work on my basement next spring."

"Catlin construction completed the remodel of my upstairs bathroom in March, 2012 and I was completely satisfied so I asked them to replace the doors, moulding and trim in my home in August, 2012.  I hired Jason and his team again in September 2012 to remodel my downstairs bathroom, laundry room and repair water damaged walls and ceiling in my family room. <br /> I was completely comfortable with Catlin Construction being in my home, Jason, Vince and Dustin were very respectful of my home and took care to cover carpet, minimize dust from traveling throughout my house via tarps, etc.  I was comfortable leaving the workers in my home when I had to step out.  The same three workers competed all of the projects and knowing the quality of the work and their professionalism, it was an easy decision to hire Catlin Construction for subsequent jobs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Miller Building Company is the most professional remodeling company I have had the pleasure to work with.  I hired Miller Building Company to finish a bathroom update and I had initially hired a 'handyman' to do.  I let the handyman go when the quality of work left much to be desired.  Miller Building Company is very detail oriented and worked with me to finish the job to my satisfaction.  Miller Building was always on time and kept me informed throughout the job.  They take the extra steps needed to get the job done, get it done right, on time and on budget.  They were respectful of my home and took extra care to minimize disruption caused by construction.  Each person I interacted with from Miller Building was polite and professional. <br />"

"<p>First off, I cannot say enough good things about the SRI Construction owner, John DiMercurio.  John is without a doubt one of the most honest and hardworking contractors I've ever worked with.  Very outgoing, creative and totally customer oriented.  We originally were going to go with SRI for our renovations earlier this year and ended up cancelling due to my mother-in-law's health situation.  When her health stabilized we went back to John and signed the contract to proceed.  Unfortunately in the interim, he had signed a couple other contracts ahead of us and it affected our schedule.  However, knowing our family situation, John did a little juggling and got us scheduled much earlier than expected.  This was much appreciated and way over our expectations.  </p> <p>John is also number one in communications.  I have never worked with a more responsive contractor than John.  It didn't matter if I texted or emailed him with a question, he replied almost immediately.  Just amazing!  His responsiveness definitely lowered our stress level immensely.</p> <p>As far as price for the work done, John was very competitive with other companies.  The quality of the work was all top notch.
