He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . "Great job except price quoted 200. with parts turned out almost doubling when finished 356.56 Worker blamed homeadvisor on a missquote and when i pulled up quote he threatened to leave (very politely but all or nothing instant) I didn't know what to do so I said just do it because I'd already waited around all day plus took day off to wait and waited for actual appointment in first place so ugh just fix it was exactly what he knew I'd say. He did great job but.. 356.56 total for 20min start to fix no sodering involved job is frustrating Between homeadvisor and plumber they made almost double original quote. Whats more disappointing was I spoke to worker multiple times previous to arrival and I even sent picture of nozzle to be replaced so he had multiple opportunities to convey homeadvisor issue with missquotes therefore Buyer Beware- Both Sides of your transaction was my experience ð ð"

"Mike was excellent and very polite, he arrived earlier that expected. Once he examine the problems we were having, He asked what we really needed done, then he explained everything he could do and gave us a quote which was pretty reasonable. He was there working for awhile but then needed another piece of pipe to complete the job. He came back and finished the job, he was very tidy. You wouldn't have known someone was there working on the faucet and drain. I would be using this company again and highly recommend them to others."

"Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."

I also asked Rich if he could come a day earlier than I originally scheduled. He said yes and quickly adjusted his schedule and arrived on time a day earlier. "The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs."
