"It was disappointing to not have John come do the project. Initially the job was to install recess lights, repair motion sensors and install light posts. Turns out that the person John sent in his place only did the recess lights with no mention or attempt to perform the other jobs. I had to keep reminding him to adjust the high hat base to line up with and conceal the obvious gaps made (the holes in the ceiling appeared slightly wider than the circumference of the high hats installed. It took him 5 hrs to install the 6 lights which I though was lengthy given there was no electrical connections made. Entire process was just different from what I was expecting which is why I took away 1 star"

"The president of the company, Mike Gervasi, came out himself to do the energy audit. He let me watch everything he did and he explained all of it. When I decided to go ahead with the insulation upgrade he listed everything that could be done and let me know which things were important and which were optional. He helped me get money from NYSERDA to help with the costs. On the actual day of installation Mike was around several times to make sure his crew knew exactly what to do. His crew was very considerate, clean, and knowledgable. They kept me informed as to their progress throughout the day and showed me exactly what they were doing. After the upgrade Mike came back to retest my home. The test showed just how much a little insulation in the right places can improve a home. It's been over 6 months since the upgrade and over the summer my house has been noticeably cooler and dryer. I'm looking forward to being comfortable this winter as well as using less fuel."
