One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. NO glitches! Bill Johnston and his assistant were great! Since we didn't live in the area I had called Bill and he asked me to forward the list to him. I did this and called him upon arrival in Ormond Beach. Bill scheduled us for later in the week. AND showed up AND on time!! Imagine a plumber or electrician doing that! <br /> Bill corrected the items we had asked about and also found a couple other things as well. He had to dig up the front pole light and rewire from the house to the light. He quoted a firm price on this job and I'm sure it took a little longer than he expected. But he got it fixed and the entire bill for half a day was more than reasonable. Honest man. Honest company. "The most important thing they did was give a fair price for the job of replacing the old with a whole new system . The bid was definitely acceptable. The crew of two showed up when they said they would. Living in Florida everyone knows how brutal the heat can be. The two men worked all day replacing literally everything and never complained about anything. They did a great job and so glad the ac unit is working perfectly. This particular unit was installed at my daughters home. We used Total Comfort after we had a lightening strike and our unit had to be replaced. We also use their maintenance program to keep everything in top shape. Josh is I believe the supervisor and gave us the original bid at a fair price.
