"Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. His crew was always on-time and kept the job site neat---cleaning-up at the end of each day. We are planning on having Northgate remodel our second bathrooom and replace our front door in early spring and would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any and all home remodeling projects. We got estimates from and spoke with many contractors and home improvement companies, but we were looking for someone we could work with for this and future projects as well as someone we could speak with for advice and guidance. I tend to be very picky with the people I work with. Robert was the most straightforward, reasonable, and knowledgeable person we spoke with. His prices are great as well. He makes sure to go above and beyond so the work is completed perfectly the first time with a very high level of detail. Our home is from the mid-50s and had original siding, windows, doors, some unusual characteristics, broken old air conditioners barely held into the walls, and a lot of rot. You could feel drafts in some parts of the house and the heat would run pretty much constantly in the winter. We had a lot of work that needed to be done. Robert transformed our home from the worst looking house on the block to the best looking house on the block with new vinyl shake siding, custom doors, custom windows, custom interior window trim, exterior lighting, a new garage door, foundation repair and paint, framing, insulation, drywall installation and repair, and a bunch of other repairs along the way. He fixed numerous additional issues as the work was completed, giving us results that will last while keeping our budget in mind. It looks and feels like a brand new house. Robert and his team are also friendly and understanding. You may be reading this review in the future, but the year is 2020 and this is a very different year. My wife and I are both working from home, and our son is home too. Through the project, Robert and his team made sure to work area by area and cleaned as they moved to minimize the impact to our family. This level of care is very difficult to find. After working with Robert, I can say I will definitely work with him for all my future projects.
