"Lou renovated my kitchen last year and I was completely satisfied. I called him back this summer to gut and remodel my bathroom. He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. I was anticipating that there would be a big mess and a huge inconvenience. But even the demo was done very neatly and efficiently.
