"There was a bit of communication problem arranging the time for the repair to be done. The initial communication called for the repair to be done the next day, however, that was delayed a day due to the company not communicating their repair order between dispatch and repair person. I was satisfied with the demeanor and knowledge displayed by the repair person. I was suprised to learn upon paying for the repair in full that the agreed method of payment, i.e., Discover Card, was not an option when payment was handled due to their credit card maching in the mobile van not working properly. Payment had to be made by personal check."
