Adrian provided a thorough bid on my project which including the tile flooring and within my budget. The quality and look of the windows of exactly what I was wanting. The windows took a little longer to arrived but the quality and workmanship of these windows is excellent. Extremely recommend Adrian and his team."

"Wolf in sheep's clothing. Do not use for any project. Terry comes across as a nice Christian guy but all he cares about is getting his money. We lost 90% of our 3500 sq/ft home to water damage and hired him because he came across as caring/understanding/knowledgeable. I can list over a dozen issues from poor project management, to cheap work, poor communication, false expectations etc... but I wont for sake of time. Feel free to call me or email me and I will tell you everything, share photos (contracts & documents) and you can even come to my home & see the work. In the end he is putting a lien on our home and we have hired a lawyer because he says we owe him money for he never did and for work he never completed. "These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"I am so happy and pleased that I chose SJ Restorations; not only did he deliver, he was also very easy to communicate with. I had initially had flooring done by a different contractor that hadn't done a good job but Rich even over the phone told me that he could take care of my problem areas. We made an appointment for him to do his assessment, he gave me the time frame of expected completion which was just a couple of days and was done before that. He even went beyond what he was requested to do to let me know about other services needed at which he could provide. "Absolutely AMAZING! The owner of the company is Julio Barron. He arrived on time and from the first moment he listened to what I have in mind and I finished, he walked me through his suggestions. He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen!
