After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) They gave me the first appointment of the day to accommodate my schedule. Their technician, Luke, was on time, customer- oriented, courteous and professional. He wore a mask at my request and made sure he kept my rugs and floor coverings clean as he did the work. After reviewing the old install, he explained the process to me and discussed toilets he’d brought to do the job. The quote he provided was competitive and reasonable for replacement with a Kohler model I liked. He removed the old toilet carefully and installed the new one, testing to ensure there were no leaks. "They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"This was a small project to convert a second outside faucet from town water to well water. Plumber and assistant, both friendly and polite, arrived two hours late because of a very difficult job prior to mine which took much longer than anticipated. I was called and made aware of that fact. That was not a problem for me because my job was small and not urgent. The work was completed in about an hour from start to finish. The work is high quality and well done. Cleanup was complete. Cost was surprisingly good at only $214 total; much less then the original estimate. This company is HIGHLY recommended! Thanks guys!
