He was timely, prepared and worked hard every day and kept us informed daily since this was a time and materials job. His price to do all of this was less than other quotes we had received just to repair the damage and new flooring. I will use Josh for anything that he is willing to do around my house. "I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all.
