"Pacific NW cabinetry did an excellent job. Peter was great to work with. He listened well and worked hard to make the design layout fit my vision. He gave daily updates on work including photos. He responded quickly to questions and communication was very good. Kelsey was very helpful with the designing. She was patient and worked help me get the look I was hoping for. The carpentry workmanship, quality design and fit of all pieces was amazing. All the people working for them, electrical, tile, painting, plumbing did quality work and if anything needed to be addressed it was taken care of. All work went according to a posted schedule so there was a clear communication of the steps of the project. They were also sensitive to the neighbors in the vicinity and made sure to prevent the extra traffic from being an issue. I was very happy with the completed project and very impressed with the company."

"We dealt with Koeber's in the past when replacing bathroom flooring and were very pleased. Based on our experience, we turned to them to replace our existing 1,000 square feet of laminate and tile downstairs flooring. The business is relatively small family owned and dealing with them feels that way - everyone was very helpful in helping us decide which type of flooring best met our needs. We did not price shop - based on reviews and our previous experience, we chose what we felt was the best option for our work. On the negative side, the installation queue was 8 weeks out - not a problem for us but might be an issue if you had to have it done tomorrow. The installation took 4 days and they were able to float the flooring material over our existing floor with no transition required - even though we used a different pattern in our kitchen area. The installers (John/Kevin) were extremely polite, moved all of our furniture, worked around our PC so it did not need to be disconnected, and were extremely tidy. We are quite pleased with the flooring and our dealings with Koeber's. Shopping around might get you a better price but our chief criterion was quality and dependability - and we were not disappointed."

Jeff was a great partner before the work started, helping my wife and I understand what work we would need to have done (Jeff even helped us understand what we needed to tell the plumber to do) and helping us make decisions on the aesthetic aspects of the new shower. He was a fantastic communicator (far better than any other contractor in any other trade with whom I have worked), setting clear expectations for us so there were no surprises. Jeff even accommodated the fact that some of the tile we purchased was inconsistently sized, seamlessly working around the incongruities. "Decades ago, I bought a second-hand writing desk that had a water-damaged, solid-wood top. It had a couple of major splits and was cupped and discolored. It has some minor historical significance so I finally decided to get it repaired. Ed did a fantastic job--better than I had hoped. He was able to remove the splits and flatten the top while maintaining as much of the thickness of the top as possible. He masterfully refinished the top to match the color of the rest of the desk and gave it a wood-floor finish for durability. I got several bids on this project and Ed's was actually the lowest, so I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended."
