"We were pleased with the product and service. ProScape NW is proactive and transparent about charges and service. No surprises and quality work."

"Workers and project managers were very responsive and the work was started and completed on time. Had a couple of minor issues with the finish work but they were resolved immediately. Very friendly and love the final product."

"Micah came out and did an estimate which was very reasonable. Once we were on the schedule, his crew was able to complete the deck project within 2 days and it's gorgeous. The people who did stone work were booked up but they were able to come out within a couple weeks and finish the attached patio. The work is top notch and I love the result. Micah is friendly and professional. He responds to inquiries very quickly and is proactive about notifying client about any issues or potential delays. I would highly recommend working with Micah and Stellar Construction. I would definitely hire them again for other outdoor construction."

"Tom and his staff were great to work with. The job was completed on time and stayed in budget. This was their second installation for us and would highly recommend Sunset for your home or company."

"Scope of project: 1) reset/regrade pavers stones in front walkway and back patio area that were displaced by new driveway and trenches, 2) install drain in low spot connecting to an existing drain, 3) demo a platform of pavers next to the garage to make even with the rest of the patio. I had a wonderful experience hiring Jose with Luna Masonry from beginning to end. I chose him over other bids because he seemed very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and well versed in the scope of my project. His estimate also seemed like a fair fee. Jose and crew were able to schedule right away and completed my project in a timely fashion. The end result was very impressive and they cleaned up the work area well. Jose also had some good tips on maintenance. I couldn't be happier. https://photos.app.goo.gl/VKARHX6dfxthL2Ni8"

"Jesus is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality service. My project involved removal of sidewalks, removal of tree stumps and aggressive overgrown tree roots, removing additional trees, sidewalks and stumps, and removing and replacing of the driveway. I am satisfied with the work and the results."

"Bob and his crew did a terrific job. We are loving the patio."

"We recently had Skyline Outdoor Structures replace our rotting wood deck with Trex. Michael and his crew were prompt, punctual and professional. Pricing was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We are enjoying our improved outdoor space!"

"Project Details: Custom cedar fence with gates Replace large concrete pad Replace front door Replace basement windows Update exterior facade of entryway Overall, we had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work. Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on. Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes. Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."
