Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! "This company is a fraud! Contracted through home warranty company, First American. This company incorrectly diagnosed my AC problem and then prescribed almost $2000 worth of "required repairs" that weren't covered by the warranty. Customer Service person refused to explain why the repairs were needed. Got a second opinion from local reputable company who said the quoted 'non-covered' repairs were totally unnecessary and completely inappropriate for the diagnosis they originally provided, which was also incorrect. They are charging people thousands extra just to make money. Do your research folks! This company is a scam! "
