All points of contact were outstanding starting with initial phone call and giving and estimate of time of arrival as well as 15 minute warning call that Johnny was arriving. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented numerous options for fixing or replacing the 10 year old heater. When I opted to replace it he was able to get it delivered right to the house while he was draining and disconnecting the old heater. Start to finish was about 3 hours. "If you need work done on your house, hire Rob. I can’t sing his praises loudly enough. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased a house that is 100 years old. It is in decent shape, but we wanted to do a lot of work to turn it into our dream house.
