"Our heat pump failed. The company that I have been using for AC servicing was not able to repair my heat pump in a timely manor, claiming they were waiting for a part. After enduring several weeks of hot weather in desperation I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. My wife and I are 75 and enduring heat is not as easy as when we were younger. Both Clint and Sergio are heroes for bringing much needed comfort to me and my wire. Thank you so much."

"Gabriel came out on only a few days notice, weeks before anybody else could, and right between / after (first) August heat wave to check my 15+ year old heat pump; prior other company said larger circuit breaker needed to be installed, and their recommended electrician did not have very favorable reviews so I did not contact him; They were HVAC company but could not perform electrical work also ? aAlso said probably complete new unit wo oils be required for $13,500 - and that was a year-ago estimated price; Gabe remedied it operable with new capacitor & thermostat, charged for only 1 hour of his time, patiently answered my numerous questions; will recommend him to others and use again without hesitation ."

I was so pleased with their 1st & 2nd job, I gave them a 3rd job for a 12K Mini Split heat pump on my ADU. They use top brands products backed by 10 & 12 year warranties and very honest service. "The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly. He explained how to relight the pilot light very clearly. He then provided us with estimates for various replacement water heaters but without any sales pressure. Our tech Vitaly G. was very pleasant and very professional. The total cost was ~$180."
