This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. I am still having issues with one of the things they repaired. The first thing was that he did not have the parts needed and he had to leave. He took a couple of hours coming back so he did not complete the job on the same day and had to reschedule to complete. To this day the kitchen faucet is still leaking. This will be the third time I have had to call them to fix it. I need them to fix what I paid for them to do. I am not going to pay somebody else to fix what they should have fixed. They are charging me to come back out. He was on time.

"It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Jamison and Matt were great to work with. They were generous with their time in coming out and talking through what I needed to do to repair the gutters on my house and fix our drainage issues. Matt was very knowledgeable about drainage issues. They quoted me the best price among other bidders and explained the benefits of repairing my gutters vs the benefits of replacing them. Jamison knows his stuff when it comes to gutters and the different guard systems out there. I went with the repair option and saved a fair amount of money. It did take a few weeks for us to get the workers out here to do the work, but when they did make out here, they were polite, professional, and did great work and got it all done in a day. I'd happily work with Monster Home Services again."
