"Yes, they worked at restoring the heater on my water heater, went and got the part they needed, and made sure they got the heat restored and the temperature set to my satisfaction. They also made sure they put everything back to the way it was when they arrived. They were very pleasant and professional. Have them in my phone book--hope I DON'T need them, but if I do need a plumber, their number is in my book!"

"I had him install a water heater and whole home water filtration awhile back. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and was decently priced. I appreciated that he held to his word even after a couple bumps in the road. I don’t have any photos of it when it was done but it is behind my wall"

"Neil is the best! First off, he is an excellent communicator and highly professional. The work that was done (water heater install and removal of old, shower repair and kitchen sink repair) was superb, as was the value. Iâ m very grateful that my neighbor referred me to Neil because I now have a trusted plumber that I can call upon for any other plumbing issues I may have which is immensely valuable to me. Many thanks again Neil!"

"Ashbusters did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing my chimney. They also repaired the chimney cap and the cover. They are not cheap but I want professionals who know what they're doing. I highly recommend Ashbusters."

"Jeff was great! The electrical panel on my water heater caught fire, so I called my regular plumbing company to come check it out. They said it would be the following week before they could get me on their schedule. Since that was not an acceptable timeframe to be without hot water, I looked for other companies. Jeff came out the same day, replaced my water heater, and had everything working again in just a short while. Very pleased with the results!"

"We called for a quote and Steve came out the same day, on time and as expected! He gave an honest & fair opinion with a reasonable quote. We decided to postpone the maintenance until the end of the summer (repairs were still being completed which were required before he could perform the maintenance) but definitely intend on contacting him back at that time to do the services quoted! We have a very large deck w/ pergola surrounding a 27' pool which he was going to prep & restain."

"Our experience with Michael's Plumbing Service couldn't have been better. They were able to come just a few hours after I placed the call at a time that was convenient for my family. They quoted a price (which was lower than the others I had called) and even when the problem turned out to require a bit more work, they did not charge extra for it. They were quick, very friendly and professional, and thorough in their inspection and repair. Josh even took the time to make sure we knew where our water shut off valve was in the house in case we ever needed it and made sure we had no further questions before they left. They also happily accepted the Angie's List coupon we presented. So happy to have found them and will absolutely call or refer them next time we or someone we know needs plumbing help!"

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"We have used Kecks Home Improvement several times, and he has always done excellent work. He even fixed our HVAC heating system that we were told was not able to be fixed by our former HVAC repair company! We especially appreciate that he is prompt and keeps in touch. We plan to stay with Kecks Home Improvement for all our service work."
