"EDIT: Everything below has been resolved. It was simply a communication error and Michael's Plumbing has resolved it. I am now 100% satisfied. Service man was friendly when onsite, and planned to take care of the issues. However, he forgot about the outdoor faucet. The biggest issue is that they came out on 8/3/16 and I still have not received an invoice and receipt. They ran my credit card, but still cannot produce a receipt or even a work order. So, I have no idea about the breakdown of charges. I called them on 8/4/16 and requested to be emailed or mailed a receipt and invoice. The person (Ryan) on the phone was friendly and told me he would email it. This went on for days. We went through this process about every 2 days until 8/22/16, when I called and told them I needed these items. Ryan told me he sent the invoice and receipt with his service guys to drop off at my address. I waited a couple days, and still nothing. I called back and Ryan told me he already sent the guys out twice with my invoice and can't understand why I wasn't getting it. He then told me I had not paid for services and for me to give him the credit card number and he would run it and send me a receipt. I told him there was no way I was giving him my card #. I checked my statement and the charges posted to my account on 8/4/16. I told him that and he said he could not find anything in the system, couldn't find an invoice, or a work order. He then said his computer was acting up. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. All I wanted was my invoice and receipt for my files and this is ridiculous that they cannot provide that for me."
